In addition to Major Burns, who is slated to miss 3-6 games with an injury, LSU will be without Armoni Goodwin, who started the first four games at running back. Kelly called Goodwin’s hamstring injury sustained last week “substantial.” Left guard Garrett Dellinger is also out after undergoing hand surgery, but his absence could be brief.
The Tigers do get safety Joe Foucha back from suspension, which should help with Burns out.
On the Auburn side, the most significant injury situation surrounds quarterback TJ Finley, who missed last week’s game and will be out on Saturday too. Robby Ashford will play in his place. AU also lost center Tate Johnson for the season after he underwent elbow surgery this week.
