The No. 1 punter in the ND 2019 class, transfers to LSU

LSU has added a ninth player from the NCAA Transfer Portal, and this time it’s one of Brian Kelly’s former players from Notre Dame.

On Monday, Notre Dame punter Jay Bramblett announced he was transferring to LSU with two years of eligibility remaining.
