One More Time, Why Would LSU even consider James Franklin??

There are rumors that Penn States’ coach is being considered for LSU’s vacancy, WTF????? He has three losses and his team record as of today is 5-3, 5th in Big10 … Now can someone explain why you would even consider a losing coach????
